APH: Scotland and Iceland

Ok, so I heard on the news about the volcanic eruption in Iceland and how that screwed up flights around the world, particularly Northern Europe and the UK.

I also heard about a news clip from Scotland's Sky News in which a drunk Scotsman runs up to the camera shouting "I hate Iceland! I hate Iceland!"

The kilt I thought was going to suck once I started designing the tartan, but once I started playing around with the effects, I think it looks pretty damn awesome.
